mm33mm Terms & Conditions and Rules

These terms apply to all of the platform's website, mobile app, and related services. If these rules are violated, the platform has the right to suspend that player's account without prior notice.

• These terms are written in English and Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30) will be used as the time reference.
• The platform provides services only to players residing in Myanmar.
• The platform has the right to modify or suspend its services with advance notice to players.
• Players must be 21+ years of age.

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be 21+ to use the mm33mm platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from playing. The platform has the right to ask players to verify their age and provide proof.

2.2 One Account Only

Each player is allowed only one personal account. If duplicate accounts from the same person are found (same IP, same device, same payment method), they will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, phone number, and payment wallet details you provide when registering must be accurate. Withdrawals from accounts created with false information may be restricted.

2.4 Account Security

Players must not share their login details with anyone. Any play that allows a third party to use the account without the player's direct involvement may be suspended without notice.

3.1 Deposit Methods

The platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
• Deposit records can be checked inside your account.
• Players must deposit using their own name; deposits made under a third party's name are not allowed.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be made back to the same wallet method used for the deposit, and:

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks.
• Normal withdrawal processing time — completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Please note that the bonus wagering requirement must be met before you can request a withdrawal (see Section 4).

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

For large withdrawal requests, the platform may ask the player to provide identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during this review period and will be processed normally once the review is complete.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

Players who register at mm33mm and make their first deposit will receive a 100% bonus on their deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, a bonus amount × 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal is allowed.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player can receive the bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the player's game history will be reviewed.
• When playing with a bonus, all games on the platform count toward wagering, but the contribution rate may vary by game.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The platform has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up based on your play activity and receive cashback once a week:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

The platform determines the criteria for reaching each VIP tier based on play activity and will notify players accordingly.

5.1 Fair Play

mm33mm uses SSL encryption and game result verification systems to provide a fair gaming environment for all players. Players must not use any unfair methods in gameplay (bot, software exploit, collusion).

5.2 Available Games

The platform offers slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, crash games, and football betting services. The rules for each individual game are clearly stated within that game's provider.

5.3 No Cancellation of Active Play

A player cannot cancel a bet once it has been placed during live play. If a game is incomplete due to a connection drop, the result saved in the platform's records will be treated as the official result.

5.4 Dispute of Winnings

The platform reserves the right to withhold any incorrect winnings resulting from technical issues (software bugs, display errors). If such a case occurs, the player will be notified immediately and the original deposit will be refunded.

• The platform is not liable for losses caused by unforeseen cyberattacks or Force Majeure events.

7.1 Suspension by the Player

If a player wishes to self-suspend their account, they can contact the platform's support team via 24/7 Live Chat. During the suspension period, no deposits or gameplay will be processed (Self-Exclusion).

7.2 Suspension by the Platform

The platform reserves the right to close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• When these terms and conditions are violated
• When fraud or financial irregularities are detected
• When verification shows the player is under 21 years of age
• When duplicate accounts are detected

If an account is closed, the player's real balance (excluding any bonuses) will be refunded via the standard withdrawal method.
